Under this initiative, travelers can report dirty or poorly maintained toilets at toll plazas and earn ₹1,000 worth of FASTag recharge for free.
How to File a Complaint
To file a complaint, travelers must use the “Rajmarg Yatra” mobile app, officially launched by NHAI.
Follow these steps:
1. Open the Rajmarg Yatra app (available on Google Play Store & App Store).
2. Take a clear photo of the unclean toilet.
3. Upload the photo along with location and time details.
4. Submit your complaint through the app.
Once your report is verified, you’ll receive ₹1,000 FASTag recharge, which can only be used for toll payments.
